With the teams set for the NCAA tournament, Elo can be used to make predictions on how each team will do in the tournament. The chart below shows the odds of each team making it out of each round.

Currently the biggest favorite is St. Cloud State with almost a 23% chance of winning the whole tournament. They are not only the number one seed in the tournament, but also top ranked team based on Elo, USCHO, and PairWise.

The other teams with a greather than 10% chance of winning the tournament are Minnesota State and Minnesota-Duluth. Combined the three Minnesota based teams have a 47% chance of winning the tournament.

The best chance of an opening round upset goes to Harvard who has a 47% chance of beating Massachusetts. The Manchester regional is actually the closest group with Clarkson given a 32% chance of advancing.
